Seller Intake Terms

Who operates this service
Timeless Trove LLC operates this seller intake in Grimes, Iowa. Contact intake@sell-timelesstrovetcg.org about this process or to request a mailing contact. You must be at least 18 and legally own the items or have documented legal authority to act for their owner.
What submitting means
Submitting requests a collection review. It is not an appraisal, listing, binding purchase offer, sale, guarantee of value, or obligation to sell. We may decline a submission or stop reviewing it and do not guarantee a response, estimate, purchase, or response time. Any preliminary amount may be corrected, withdrawn, or expire as stated in the message before a separate final agreement is made.
Your information and authority
Provide accurate information and disclose known damage, alterations, counterfeit concerns, liens, or ownership disputes. You certify that, to the best of your knowledge, the items are not stolen, counterfeit, encumbered, or submitted in violation of another person's rights. We may request evidence of authority before proceeding. Do not upload identification documents to this intake.
Review and final purchase
AI and market references assist human review and can be wrong. We physically inspect identity, condition, authenticity, and quantities before any final purchase. Clicking an email confirmation, expressing interest, or responding to a preliminary estimate or counteroffer does not transfer ownership. A separate final agreement must identify the items, final price, payment timing and method, and when title and risk transfer. You may stop the intake process before that agreement.
Shipping, inspection, and returns
Do not ship or drop off items until we give written authorization. Unless Timeless Trove separately agrees otherwise in writing, the seller pays all inbound postage, packaging, tracking, and applicable insurance. After indicating interest in a preliminary estimate, the seller must complete the separate Shipping & Inspection Authorization and wait for destination instructions. Shipping permits receipt and inspection only; it does not transfer ownership or guarantee purchase. The separate authorization records return arrangements and responsibility for loss or damage. This intake does not authorize storage or disposal fees, automatic forfeiture, destruction, or abandonment. Unclaimed items and suspected stolen or counterfeit goods are handled under applicable law and any separately agreed lawful procedure.
Photos and permitted use
Submit only images and information you are entitled to share. You authorize Timeless Trove and its service providers to process that material for intake, review, communication, and security as described in our Privacy Notice. This is not permission to use your photos in public advertising. Do not submit unrelated sensitive information, malicious files, or attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the service.
Location service
We use Google Maps to compare city, state, and ZIP information. A match does not establish identity, residence, ownership, or deliverability. Availability and other rights
The service may be interrupted or contain errors. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Third-party game, grading-company, and marketplace marks belong to their respective owners. Their mention describes the products and services involved and does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
Questions, law, and changes
Please contact us first to discuss a concern. Iowa law applies to these intake terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections. These terms do not impose arbitration or waive class-action rights. Any dispute venue or transaction-specific agreement requires separate review. Changes apply prospectively; we publish a new dated version and collect fresh acceptance for new submissions. A change does not rewrite your prior recorded acceptance.
